About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our internal software systems. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that support our deployment pipelines. - At least 5 years of professional experience in QA automation testing.
- Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
- Experience working within ERP and manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and best practices.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing is advantageous.
- Solid programming skills and familiarity with software development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities As a QA Automation Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure robust software quality.
- Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Collaborating with software developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate testing solutions.
- Utilizing QA tools and systems such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr to track bugs, test cases, and results.
- Integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Conducting regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Documenting test procedures, results, and issues to support debugging and software improvements.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and quality improvements.
