About The Role Join Trissential as a PLM QA Analyst and bring your expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to a high-impact, fully remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading functional testing efforts within a complex enterprise PLM ecosystem, ensuring the seamless operation of workflows, modules, and integrations. Your primary focus will be on validating system enhancements, configurations, and change management processes to support engineering, manufacturing, and business teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on strategic initiatives that influence product lifecycle management across multiple domains. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, and business units, to troubleshoot issues, improve QA processes, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the release cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience with significant exposure to PLM systems
- Expert-level experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Strong background in functional testing of PLM applications
- Knowledge of PLM configurations, workflows, structures, and integrations
- Experience with QA methodologies, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management
- Proficiency with testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- QA/testing certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are advantageous but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, including workflows, modules, and integrations
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Validate system enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations within the PLM environment
- Identify, document, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects and issues
- Support release cycles by conducting thorough end-to-end validation to ensure system readiness
- Participate in requirement reviews to confirm testability and alignment with business needs
- Assist in planning, executing, and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and optimize QA processes
