I’m recruiting on behalf of my client for a PR & Communications Manager who can lead PR end-to-end and help transition the brand from reactive to proactive.

๐ผ Product: scheduling, time tracking, payroll, team comms, HR for hourly work
๐ผ Customer base: small businesses with hourly teams (restaurants, retail, local services)
๐ผ Big focus this year: stronger narrative, thought leadership, and data-driven storytelling

๐ผ Build and own PR end-to-end (team-of-one to start)
๐ Drive Tier 1 / Tier 2 media coverage with US business tech press
๐ผ Lead first-party data storytelling and partner closely with analytics/product (bring hypotheses, not just react to insights)

๐ฐ Compensation: $130k-$170k base equity
๐ Location: San Francisco hybrid (2 days/week in office)
