Role Overview Help create a clean cared for and inviting environment by maintaining our grounds and assisting with facility upkeep and special projects at our consolidated office buildings Core Functions Outdoor Cleaning and Upkeep Regularly remove trash and debris from walkways parking lots and landscaped areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environmentMaintain Pond and Water Features Perform routine pond and water feature maintanence including debris removal and filter cleaningFacility Presentation Help ensure entryways patios and high traffic exterior areas remain clean organized and visually appealing for guests and employees by routinely power washing patios and entrancesGeneral Maintenance Support Assist with light facility repairs such as replacing filters light bulbs and fixtures etc and report any maintenance concerns promptly to the P&F teamProject Assistance Support the P&F Specialist with larger projects facility tasks event setups seasonal maintenance and other hands on tasks as neededWork Environment and Physical Requirements Variation of environmentsVision for near mid range and far as well as hearing for low medium and high pitchRequires physical ability for standing sitting crouching kneeling frequent walking reaching above head and below waistFrequent walking on uneven surfaces dirt concrete rock etcAbility to navigate hazardous conditions such as frequent moving vehicles construction equipment and various construction materialsMust have a current and valid drivers license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insuranceAbility to lift 20 75 poundsHours and Schedule Part time 20 29 hours per weekDays and weekends requiredMinimal travel required for company events and inter region collaboration
