Project Scheduler III

Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Project Scheduler III for their Jackson, MI location.Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Coordinate with project managers, and teams to gather input and validate schedule data.
• Integrations across multiple schedules
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule quality analysis, track milestones, and monitor schedule performance.
• Identify schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis.
• The ability to resource and cost-load schedules and run Earned Value Management reports

Requirements:

• Familiarity with large-scale projects
• Other Beneficial Skills:
• PMP or other PMI certification
• PSP or CST or other AACEI certification
• Project Gating procedures knowledge
• Prior work experience in SQL coding
• Project Scheduler needs at least a High School Education but candidates with Associate’s Degree’s, Bachelor’s degree’s or Master’s Degree’s will be factored into the selection.
