What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and monitor project schedules and earned value baselines
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and develop schedules and budgets
• Analyze schedule progress and performance, identifying potential problem areas
• Maintain and update project construction schedule baselines
• Participate in the creation of periodic status reports on project progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of related experience in planning and scheduling on engineering and/or construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Primavera
• Knowledge of earned value software applications and methodology
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, technical procedures, and contracts
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with planning and scheduling in construction environments
