What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create, update, and maintain project schedules on a weekly basis
- Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability
- Identify and document dependencies between project schedules and coordinate updates
- Develop macros for MS Project to streamline scheduling processes
- Consolidate updates into structured weekly reports for leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance
- Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with VA or federal program scheduling standards
- Experience working in a large healthcare organization such as a hospital or health insurance company
