What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Create, update, and maintain project schedules on a weekly basis
  • Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability
  • Identify and document dependencies between project schedules and coordinate updates
  • Develop macros for MS Project to streamline scheduling processes
  • Consolidate updates into structured weekly reports for leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance
  • Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with VA or federal program scheduling standards
  • Experience working in a large healthcare organization such as a hospital or health insurance company
