Columbia Hydronics Company Project Manager Spokane Washington Salary Range 70K 75K Annually DOE Note This is a full time in office position Job Summary The Project Managers primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all phases of the project timeline ensuring seamless execution This allows our Outside Sales Engineers OSEs to dedicate at least 60 of their efforts to external client facing activities maximizing their productivity and impact Essential Functions and Reponsibilities The Project Manager will drive project development by managing product sizing and selection quote generation order entry and processing material tracking timeline updates and clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders These responsibilities are not exhaustive; and additional related duties may be assigned as needed Sales Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Escalate and manage expedited orders with urgency and ensure manufacturer lead times are actively monitored and communicatedKeep Outside Sales Engineers OSEs and customers updated on delivery schedule changes using information from internal and external sourcesEnsure order entry accuracy align sales and factory purchase orders with submittals and customer purchase orders and involve OSEs as necessaryMaintain and update Salesforce daily for accurate opportunity tracking and status updatesCommunicate opportunity line level status within active commercial quotations in Salesforce and use the Chatter function to keep all involved parties informedReview OSE open order pipelines for accuracy and assist with interpreting construction bid documents to generate equipment selections budget pricing and formal quotationsUtilize factory provided softwareweb tools for equipment selectionCoordinate with the CHC Service Division for start ups and warranty cases through SalesforceAct as a liaison for OSEs in external communication via phone email video meetings or other methodsSupport OSEs by consolidating information identifying leads and developing customer relationshipsProvide customers with standard application drawings based on their requirementsCollaborate with OSEs on competitive pricing situations and special net requests to manufacturersAdhere to wage procedures and communicate updates during internal job log meetingsReport customer and business trends to the Division Sales Manager and participate in travel for meetings training or job site visits as necessaryGeneral Responsibilities Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with customers and staffFoster cooperative working relationships with CHC staffStay current with department policies and procedures outlined in the Department ManualAdditional responsibilities related to warehouse operations including inventory and will call will be defined as the process developsOther duties as assigned by CHC ManagementEducation and Experience Required 5 years of industry experience with a background in HVAC or PlumbingAssociates degree or higher in a related field is required with a 4 year degree preferredA valid drivers license with a driving record that meets the requirements of our liability carrierProven experience in Plumbing andor HVAC industriesFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM toolsPreferred Technical sales backgroundContractor industry experienceCompetencies Technical CapacityCustomerClient FocusPersonal EffectivenessCredibilityNo Supervisory responsibilities for this position Travel is expected for this position EEO Statement CHCs policy is to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees CHC does not discriminate based on pregnancy childbirth or related medical conditions race religious creed color gender national origin or ancestry physical or mental disability medical condition marital status registered domestic partner status age sexual orientation or any other basis protected by federal state or local law ordinance or regulation This EEO policy applies throughout our operations including recruitment hiring terminations training promotion transfers compensation and benefits The Human Resources Department should be contacted immediately if an individual believes that heshe has experienced discrimination CHC will not retaliate or allow retaliation against anyone who files a complaint or assists in the investigation of an administrative charge alleging discrimination Note You may request a copy of your job description from your manager or the Human Resources Department
