What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide full-time project and program management oversight for all work performed under the Task Order
• Ensure compliance with Task Order requirements, performance standards, and quality control measures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government during normal hours of operation
• Monitor Task Order execution to identify risks, performance issues, or execution challenges
• Oversee staff performance, training, and coordination to ensure consistent service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in military and family readiness
• Minimum 3-5 years of program management experience
• Strong understanding of NG Military and Family Readiness programs and related initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive a rental car

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Task Order-based contract execution, including quality control and compliance monitoring
• Experience in staff training and management within military and family readiness contexts
