Compensation Range: $55.00 – 61.88 per hourWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and managing a diverse range of projects that drive our business objectives and bring our marketing strategies to life.As a Project Manager, you are the guardian of quality, budget, and timelines. You will bridge the gap between initial concept and final execution by partnering closely with internal creative teams and external stakeholders. We need a confident leader who can navigate complex workflows, anticipate potential roadblocks, and drive every project from initiation to successful completion with precision and poise.Responsibilities:

  • Project manages small to medium sized projects that support clients’ marketing plans and business goals as assigned by Program Manager and/or the Director of Communications Project Management.
  • Project manages print, digital and web projects in partnership with account managers and business marketing team.
  • Coordinates, directs and monitors work from internal Centers of Excellence for the projects managed. This could include, but is not limited to concept/layout, copy, design, photography, audio and video production.
  • Produces project documentation as necessary including Communication Plan, Meeting Minutes, risk logs, weekly status reports.
  • Develops project timelines and estimates (or confirms existing estimates) and manages to them in order to deliver all projects on time and on budget.
  • Tracks project hours and expenditures against budget.
  • Utilizes departmental project tracking system to enter project plans, resource allocation plans, project budget information and any other information as requested by Director of Communications Project Management.
  • Prepares weekly status reports for all projects managed.
  • Manage small to medium-sized marketing communications projects that support client marketing plans and business goals, as assigned by a Program Manager and/or Director of Communications Project Management.
  • Oversee print, digital, and web-based projects in partnership with account managers and business marketing teams.
  • Coordinate, direct, and monitor work across internal Centers of Excellence, which may include concept development, layout, copywriting, design, photography, and audio/video production.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including communication plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and weekly status reports.
  • Create project timelines and cost estimates (or validate existing estimates) and actively manage delivery to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Track project hours and expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Utilize departmental project tracking systems to input project plans, resource allocation, budget details, and other required information.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
