What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy
• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from RFPs to installation, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
• Analyze financial performance, including budgets and P&L, and support estimating and cost-reduction initiatives
• Mentor junior project management team members and assist in training and performance evaluation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in a consumer or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; Epicor experience preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet operational and financial targets

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing mid-to-large customer accounts and complex project lifecycles
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven track record in problem-solving and effective teamwork
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors
