What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Establish and maintain key relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement
• Identify and recruit partners and schools/districts to participate in initiatives
• Tailor, implement, and manage the delivery of capacity-building strategies and initiatives
• Provide technical assistance to partnering schools, districts, and organizations
• Report on progress and results through formal and informal reporting procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in schools, public health, or other youth environments
• Experience in partnership cultivation and engagement at the local, regional, and state level
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Must reside within a 2-hour drive of Fayette and/or Pulaski Counties
