What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Establish and maintain key relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement
- Identify and recruit partners and schools/districts to participate in initiatives
- Tailor, implement, and manage the delivery of capacity-building strategies and initiatives
- Provide technical assistance to partnering schools, districts, and organizations
- Report on progress and results through formal and informal reporting procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in schools, public health, or other youth environments
- Experience in partnership cultivation and engagement at the local, regional, and state level
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside within a 2-hour drive of Fayette and/or Pulaski Counties
