Strong knowledge of HSM, MIRE, ARNOLD, and FDOT roadway systems.

Experience managing large-scale GIS and spatial data projects.

Expertise with ESRI Enterprise platform.

Strong Oracle and SQL Server experience.

Experience with Python, .NET, and GIS automation.

Preferred Qualifications
Prev Transportationtaion experience.
Prior FLARIS, ARBM, CONTEXT, or AADT project experience.
