Project Manager

We are hiring Management Consulting Experts from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain to help build advanced training environments for AI systems.

This project translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for AI agents. Selected consultants will convert their consulting experience into structured consulting workflows including problem structuring, analysis, and recommendations.

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project scenarios (industry context, financials, constraints)

• Break consulting engagements into structured tasks (market sizing, due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategy, operational diagnosis)

• Develop evaluation frameworks and golden solutions to assess AI-generated outputs

• Simulate real consulting workflows used in MBB engagements

Requirements

• 3 years at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company (mandatory)

• Experience structuring ambiguous client problems

• Building analytical models and synthesizing findings

• Producing client-ready deliverables

• Forming strategic recommendations under uncertainty
