About Us

We are a company known for excellence in construction services across DFW. Our labor company supports general contractors with reliable crews, equipment, and project execution. We believe in work hard, play hard—Friday cookouts, team fishing trips, and a “go-giver” mentality define our culture. The field is where the work gets done; the office exists to support it.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Managerto serve as the critical link between our field teams and office operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of GC experience who understands how superintendents, field schedules, and budgets work.

The Project Manager is a cornerstone role, responsible for keeping projects organized, crews supported, and clients confident. Acting as the primary link between GC superintendents in the field and the internal office team, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate labor and equipment, and ensure resources are where they need to be. Just as importantly, you’ll be the face of the company to our GC partners—building trust through clear communication, site visits, and the occasional lunch or coffee. This isn’t a desk-only job: you’ll split your time between the office, where you’ll handle pricing, cost estimates, and operational details, and the field, where you’ll check in with superintendents, solve problems, and make sure crews deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor crews on active projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for GC superintendents and project managers, maintaining strong day-to-day relationships. This includes jobsite visits, lunches, and proactive communication to ensure client needs are met.
  • Communication & Coordination: Relay information between the field and office, ensuring crews have what they need and GC expectations are clear.
  • Pricing & Estimates: Assist in pricing labor and equipment needs, preparing not-to-exceed estimates, and tracking costs against budgets.
  • Problem-Solving: Work with field leaders to resolve issues quickly, keeping clients informed and confident in delivery.
  • Invoicing Requirements: Ensure invoicing is accurate and meets GC requirements (admin/AR will handle follow-up on receivables).
  • Operations Support: Help track tools, equipment, and resources to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Client Experience: Represent the company in a professional, approachable way that builds loyalty and trust with GC partners.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in construction, ideally with a GC background (superintendent, PM, or ops experience).
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships with GC superintendents.
  • Experience with scheduling, pricing, and cost estimating.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • “Go-giver” mentality—willing to do what it takes to support the field and serve clients.

Compensation & Perks

  • We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.
  • 100% paid benefits
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Flexible time-off policy (no rigid PTO system—take time when your work is handled)
  • Friday cookouts, team trips, and a family-style culture that’s the best in DFW
