We’re currently seeking a talented, resourceful, and open-minded Project Manage r to join our growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, global business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in technical design and production. You’ll manage multiple creative projects—from large-scale global rollouts to one-off bespoke installations—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

This position is ideal for someone with a foundation in CAD/design who wants to grow in project management within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team designing and developing spatial concepts in line with the brand identity, understanding project requirements, design intent, and client preferences
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams across offices.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support key decisions.
  • Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in client meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Conduct site visits and technical surveys as needed.
  • Procure materials and services in a timely, cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee production schedules and quality control.
  • Provide technical support using SolidWorks and Rhino.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation using MS Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (must).
  • Must be based in New York.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or technical production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software , especially SolidWorks and Rhino (must).
  • Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English ; Spanish is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
