What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead project tasking and delivery in a government client consulting environment
- Manage and maintain results-oriented relationships with clients while pursuing new opportunities
- Provide Agile Scrum Master support and facilitate technical discussions
- Coach the Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Evaluate project feasibility and remove blockers to ensure project success
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years managing IT projects using Agile methodologies
- 5+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in a complex engineering environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a studio/human-centered design approach
- PMP or PMI CAPM certification
- Certified Scrum Master
