What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage IT projects, including defining project scope, tracking progress, and providing status reports
• Establish and uphold project management standards and maintain a comprehensive project repository
• Coordinate activities across various organizational functions to ensure project alignment and success
• Gather, analyze, organize, and report requirements to meet stakeholder expectations
• Document new developments, including user guides, systems guides, and other relevant documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and development teams
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management, project managers, business analysts, and developers
• Knowledge of PMI standards and processes with a successful track record in managing IT projects
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Information Technology Project Management and K-12 Education
• Project Management Certification in Scrum Agile methodologies
