Project Manager

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Serve as the performance lead during client conversion processes, ensuring the success of large, complex transitions.

• Provide consultative support for complex situations to both internal and external clients.

• Lead project management activities including reporting performance results, issue/risk tracking, and effort estimation.

• Oversee complex conversion activities for institutional client relationships, ensuring in-depth understanding of performance measurement, middle office, custody, and accounting.

• Coordinate across firm-wide resources to address client transition needs and develop workflows for team alignment.

• Identify gaps and quality issues in transition processes and recommend improvements based on analysis.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.

• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.

• Experience in performance measurement, financial services, or client-facing/project management roles preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
