BlueOval SK, LLC is a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and SK On, dedicated to revolutionizing mobility through electric vehicle (EV) innovation. With a historic $11.4 billion investment, BlueOval SK leverages cutting-edge battery technology to produce the safest and most reliable EV batteries for Ford and Lincoln vehicles. The partnership is constructing three state-of-the-art EV battery plants: one in Stanton, Tennessee at BlueOval City and twin facilities in Glendale, Kentucky at BlueOval SK Battery Park. Combined, these facilities will create over 7,500 new jobs and span an area equivalent to 60 football fields each.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Elizabethtown, KY. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the successful completion of goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and resolving any obstacles that may arise during project execution. The role requires maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and organization priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and leading initiatives.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure critical supplies and services are delivered on time.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards across project phases.
- Ability to manage Logistics, including the coordination of supply chain activities and operational workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is highly desirable.
