Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Management Director at Berry Bros. & Rudd No.3 Bar. The role involves overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within budget, managing teams and stakeholders across various functions, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. The Project Management Director will also lead budgeting efforts and contribute to strategic planning for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Program Management and Project Management, with demonstrated ability to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to completion
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management, ensuring cost-effective project execution
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Expertise in Process Improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
- Experience working in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
