About the Opportunity

The Project Coordinator role supports the day-to-day management of Innovation Route to Market projects within the beverage brand portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, PMO, this position ensures stakeholder engagement and timely completion of deliverables from project approval to product launch. The role is critical in maintaining project momentum and enabling successful market introductions of innovation products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Route to Market projects from approval through launch using stakeholder processes and milestone tracking
  • Lead regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and address project gaps or issues
  • Support pricing, master data, brewing, planning, procurement, compliance, and design teams in meeting milestones
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses on delayed launches to identify causes and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain and update SKU library tracker for all SKU changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and geographic expansions
  • Communicate project changes or delays to stakeholders promptly
  • Manage UPC creation, tracking, and library maintenance

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with compliance, procurement, and data management
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders proactively
  • Familiarity with SmartSheet

Compensation

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
