  • Regulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures and other applicable regulations.
  • Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Badge Issuance – Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with other Program Security reps, program managers, and engineering leads to integrate security requirements into program execution.
  • Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
  • Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within 60 minutes.
  • Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.
  • Familiar with SCI security requirements and policy and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications – Active TS/SCI clearance with signed consent to complete a Polygraph

  • General knowledge of government security directives
  • Familiarity using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, classified destruction, customer service.Desired skills – Ability to effectively communicate with senior level internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
