About the Role

The Program Manager, Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability in advanced manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing complex programs that align multiple teams and stakeholders to drive measurable improvements. The position contributes directly to the organization’s growth by enhancing processes and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation to delivery
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
  • Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables
  • Analyze data to guide decision-making and identify automation or process enhancement opportunities
  • Promote lean principles and operational best practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project

Compensation

$103,000 — $134,000 USD annually, plus annual bonus (depending on skills, experience, and location)
