Program Manager, Consultant

Job Category: Business OperationsJob Description: Your Role The HQA team is responsible for managing Clinical Quality and Affordability for Blue Shield of California. • Manage medium to large sized projects (or multiple projects) spanning across business areas
• Ensure strategic direction of projects is in line and designs strategies for alignment with Company and business unit goals and objectives
• Proven ability to determine key business and technical issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion
• Manage the design, development and/or implementation of new or enhanced systems projects or programs
• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of the project

Qualifications: Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Previous project management experience required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have experience in managing business readiness
• Must have demonstrable skills using AI tools such as Co-Pilot to assist in the creation AI agents supporting generation of PMO artifacts and automation of key process
