Program Manager

Program Manager IVJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager for a contract-to-hire position in Alpharetta, GA. The opportunity will be for 18 months, with a strong chance of a long-term extension.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business fields or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of overall program or project management and/or relevant consulting experience
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycle
• 5 years’ experience in driving large scale change efforts or data center consolidation efforts
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
• Proficient with Project Management tools
• Excellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired
