Location: 3 days onsite Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6 monthsJob Description:

• Strong ability to lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs across digital, organizational, regulatory, and business domains.
• Proven expertise in developing clear roadmaps and execution plans that align business and technical requirements.
• Skilled in end-to-end program governance, including resource planning, risk management, dependency mapping, and progress monitoring.
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities across senior-level and cross-functional audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to independently challenge assumptions, connect workstreams, and ensure strategic alignment across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience coordinating and overseeing multiple programs within an enterprise investment portfolio.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach, with the ability to derive insights and guide execution.
• High adaptability, agility, and intellectual curiosity, operating effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments.
• Proven ownership mindset with the courage to lead, challenge, and drive outcomes in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Demonstrated ability to perform program/project management responsibilities within formal governance structures.
