About Us T2S Solutions is an innovative agile mission focused product and solution provider specializing in Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation Systems Development Integration Test and Sustainment Our customers include the DoD Mission Partners and the Intelligence Community Industry Partners and other Government Agencies We are seeking to hire a Program Manager responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a program or portfolio of projects You will oversee project planning budgeting scheduling resource allocation risk management and performance monitoring You will also communicate with stakeholders report on program progress and ensure that program goals and objectives are met Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement program plans including project plans schedules and budgetsCoordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budgetIdentify and manage program risks and issuesEnsure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including project sponsors customers and partnersMonitor program performance against established goals and objectivesReport on program progress to stakeholdersManage program budgets and resourcesDevelop and implement program policies and proceduresEnsure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standardsAll other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Active DoD security clearance requiredBachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field5 7 years of experience in program management or related fieldStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesKnowledge of program management principles and practicesExperience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneouslyT2S believes that our employees are our most valuable asset and we strive to provide them with the resources and support they need to thrive both personally and professionally Join our team and experience the benefits of working for a company that values its employees and invests in their future Compensation 150 175k DOE T2S Solutions is an Equal Opportunity EmployerProtected VeteranDisability PRESENT
