Job Responsibilities The person in this position will provide support to students individually and as a cohort in developing skills that encourage ownership of academic success in VirtualSC courses. Foster engagement with the VirtualSC program by building relationships with schools, districts, and community organizations. Coordinate with members of the VirtualSC faculty and staff to assist students and families throughout the course enrollment. Promote the engagement of stakeholders by conducting general outreach and providing training, materials, and other useful resources to support their VirtualSC students. Maintain knowledge of VirtualSC’s SIS, LMS, legislation, regulation, policies, and procedures. Attends all required training and team meetings. Support team operations and workflows as directed by the Student & School Services Team Leader and Office of Virtual Education (OVE) Director.
