What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide analytical and documentation support for state or federally funded health initiatives
- Maintain structured trackers for milestones, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and partner/subrecipient documentation
- Assist with data extraction, cleaning, validation activities, and reconciliation of financial and performance information
- Contribute to organized, audit-ready documentation practices within compliance-driven environments
- Support cross-functional workstreams requiring strong attention to detail and structured execution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting administrative, analytical, or program coordination functions, preferably in public health or grant-funded environments
- Comfortable working with data in Excel and maintaining organized documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Exposure to compliance-driven or documentation-intensive environments preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with structured trackers, documentation systems, and/or reporting workflows
- Previous experience within public-sector or healthcare environments
