Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Program Administrator.SUMMARY The Program Administrator will support the New Generation Systems (NGS) Business Excellence team in executing strategic process and quality improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing internal systems and tools, coordinating communications and reporting, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. The Program Administrator will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and support NGS growth through People, Process, and Execution with Excellence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and manage document repositories with version control and compliance standardsUpdate and maintain NGS SharePoint and Wiki pages with current and accessible contentCollaborate with the Quality Director to track and report Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activityCompile and summarize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business decisionsDraft and distribute internal communications in collaboration with internal commsCoordinate improvement opportunity intake, tracking, and reportingFacilitate status meetings and ensure follow-up on action itemsProvide ad-hoc administrative support for special projects and cross-functional initiativesOTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe activitiesParticipate in team efforts to achieve department and company goalsContribute to building a positive team spiritCommunicate effectively with all levels of the organizationProtect confidential information and maintain high integrityPerform other duties as requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Integrated Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar program administration, project coordination, or operations support roleRequired Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and conceptual thinker with problem-solving abilityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BIRelationship builder with strong interpersonal skillsPreferred Experience: Continuous improvement or Root Cause AnalysisInternal communications and KPI reportingPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The work environment is typically quiet. Must be able to conduct business in a professional manner and maintain respectful communication at all times.
