Tide Cleaners — Full Time Pay: $40,000–$45,000 per year (paid hourly)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM start (typically 12:00–3:00 PM finish)

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Position Overview

Tide Cleaners is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Manager to lead our garment processing operations. This is a working management position that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role is active and physically demanding and you will be on your feet and fully involved in daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee all cleaning equipment, including:

  • Dry cleaning machines

  • Laundry systems

  • Wet cleaning systems

  • Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met

  • Spot and treat stains to meet Tide Cleaners’ high-quality standards

  • Stage garments efficiently for pressers

  • Supervise pressers and oversee daily workflow

  • Manage and approve timesheets for pressing staff

  • Ensure adherence to cleaning and pressing standards

  • Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment

  • Maintain organization, efficiency, and production timelines

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry operations, or garment production preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform active work
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
