Production Manager

Production ManagerResponsibilities: – Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to production staff- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations- Communicate customer issues with Materials team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints- Work closely with General Manager and process improvement team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriateJob Requirements Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Operations management, Supply Chain, Business management, or equivalent- 10+ years of experience in operations management, implementing production scheduling- Experience working in a Manufacturing/production environment- Data processing and data entry skills- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff members
