This is your chance to step into a hands-on role where you’ll help ensure important documents and materials are produced accurately, securely, and on time.Position Details: Start Date: October 6Openings: 3 temporary positionsShifts: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Monday-Friday OR Sunday-ThursdayPay Rate: $17.28/hrLunch: 30-minute paid breakHiring Process: No interview required, provisional clearances onlyWhat You’ll Do As a Production Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring secure, accurate, and timely production of customer materials. You will:Operate and monitor machines that print financial statements, health insurance cards, loyalty cards, and more.Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, attach tags, and prepare expedited mail packages.Run presorting machines to separate damaged mail, request reprints when necessary, and ensure accuracy.Organize and prepare sorted mail for postal delivery.Perform quality checks to confirm order accuracy and production counts.Collaborate with teammates to meet productivity, safety, quality, and security standards.Participate in cross-training to learn multiple machines and processes.What You’ll Need to Have Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation)Ability to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to stand for 95% of your shift and lift 20-50 lbsFlexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays when requiredWhat’s Great to HaveHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentStrong teamwork skills and ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect great people with great opportunities.
