Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking aProduct Owner II for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hireposition, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration:6 Months Contract to Hire

Location:Pittsburgh, PA or Houston, TX or New York, NY (Onsite 3 days in office and 2 days work from home)

Salary: $110,000- $120,000/Annually

Role Description: TheProduct Owner IImust have 5 years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Understanding the product management process and scope of work.

  • Solutioning with Tech teams Agile – understood what is needed for stories.

  • Production support.

  • Problem framing.

  • Documentation

  • Jira/Confluence

  • Figma

  • PowerPoint

  • Communication through all levels of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and break down market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories.

  • Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order.

  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add to customer value at a regular cadence.

  • Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).

  • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage one?s time.

  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

  • Drive through discovery, design, and execution Problem solving Partner tech and drive the solution.

  • Find a solution to work with all different teams.

  • Business Acumen Demonstrated ability to dive in frame the problem and solve.

Education:Bachelor?s degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
