Product Manager

The Role

• Serve as the domain expert for claim submissions, shaping strategy across product, engineering, UX, analytics, operations, and client-facing partners.

• Own and manage the multi-year product roadmap for claim submission workflows and infrastructure.

• Drive measurable improvements in claim acceptance rates, speed to payment, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to define future-state capabilities and target outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

• 5–8 years of progressive product management experience, including at least 1 year managing other product managers.

• Proven success in developing and executing multi-year product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder influence skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Experience with ambulatory revenue cycle workflows or similar complex operational environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ANSI transactions and payer claims processing is a plus.
