Product Manager

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Own the product vision, strategy, and backlog for client-facing integrations, reporting, and internal workflow tooling.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product specifications, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams.

• Gather and synthesize input from operational supervisors, managers, and client stakeholders to identify and validate product solutions.

• Monitor key performance indicators for integrations, reporting accuracy, and tool adoption, escalating or resolving issues as needed.

• Drive product delivery from discovery through to release, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe framework.

• Experience writing comprehensive product documentation, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, operations, and client-facing teams.

• Experience with system integrations, including client-facing data outputs and API integrations.

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Rally for backlog management.
