2. About the Opportunity:

The Product Analytics Manager leads a team of Product Analysts embedded across various product teams to drive consistency in data use for product discovery and feature evaluation. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process design with contributions to analytics strategy. The position ensures analytics efforts align with business goals and supports the development of data systems that improve business outcomes through deliberate product-focused analytics.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics initiatives to identify opportunities that improve business outcomes and align cross-functional teams

• Standardize analytics tools and processes across product lines for scalability and consistency

• Prioritize analytics projects that support strategic objectives

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

• Foster a culture of innovation and initiative within the analytics team

• Mentor team members and support their career development with regular feedback

• Conduct structured performance reviews twice yearly

• Identify and escalate skills gaps or resourcing needs

• Promote analytics best practices and provide thought leadership across the organization

• Implement testing, validation, and data quality processes

• Oversee creation of metrics, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform business decisions

• Continuously improve analytics methodologies

• Define and uphold data governance policies for compliance and data integrity

4. Requirements:

• 3-5+ years managing senior analysts

• 2+ years working with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both)

• Proven leadership of analytics initiatives involving cross-functional teams

• Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized businesses

• Advanced skills in SQL and BI/data visualization tools

• Proficiency in Python for data and dbt

• Familiarity with Git and statistics

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $190,000 – $230,000
