We work with world class foundries to deliver process and device technologies for RF, CMOS, BCD products. We strive to maximize yield while maintaining performance and cost with zero-defect mindset to deliver best in class quality. The duration of this internship will be from May- August 2026.Responsibilities

  • Support the development/ramp/production of various products across multiple fabs by analyzing & modeling Silicon yield and PCM electrical results.
  • Collaborate with technology development, product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure the process technologies meets objectives.
  • Working with the various foundries to meet device targets, yield, and reliability targets.

Required Experience and Skills Education:

  • Masters or Ph.D. Engineering candidate (currently enrolled).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in San Jose office

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Background in devices, materials, or process engineering.
  • Flexible and interested in a wide range of topics within semiconductors devices physics, process, and material.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data Analysis experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 – $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 – $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
