Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Profound expertise in radar systems engineering, signal processing, software, DevSecOps, data science, and machine learning – Proficient in the steps of a modern MLOps pipeline, including model training, deployment, and monitoring – Experienced with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) – Skilled in Python with familiarity in libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas – Capable of obtaining a Secret government security clearance – Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities – Excellent time management, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills – Ability to work onsite at our Moorestown facility between 50% and full-time

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI capabilities and creating new functions to boost ML monitoring for systems in use – Evaluating customer data and measuring ML model effectiveness to pinpoint improvements – Crafting and refining ML models to meet changing operational needs – Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for rapid solution development – Ensuring consistent maintenance of existing products leveraging machine learning operational standards
