Requirements

Must have:

– 6+ years of relevant experience with the necessary competencies – Comprehensive understanding of specialization areas – Proficient in statistics, machine learning, data mining, data auditing, aggregation, reconciliation, and visualization – Skilled in programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics – Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Databricks, Scala, AWS – Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools – Familiarity with model lifecycle execution – Capable of technical writing – Strong skills in data storytelling and technical presentations – Excellent research abilities – Effective interpersonal skills – In-depth knowledge of procedures, instructions, and validation techniques – Expertise in model development – Strong communication skills – Advanced critical thinking – Team collaboration and relationship-building abilities – Initiative and sound judgment – Technical capabilities in Big Data Analysis, coding, project management, and technical writing – Ability to make independent judgments – Problem-solving skills, including identifying constraints and risks – Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar quantitative disciplines – Masters/PhD Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop, manage, and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, data models, and analytical outcomes – Analyze, retrieve, and validate data while interpreting the results – Lead projects to decipher requirements and propose analytical solutions that drive effective decision-making and influence business goals – Design and code intricate software programs, algorithms, and automated processes – Apply evaluation, judgment, and analysis to determine the best course of action – Tackle problems of varying complexity where data analysis requires evaluating identifiable elements – Generate innovative solutions based on exploratory data analysis from complex, high-dimensional datasets – Convert data into visual formats such as charts and tables that facilitate informed decision-making – Communicate findings effectively through written and verbal documentation aimed at a diverse group of stakeholders – Foster strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leadership – Lead moderate to large-scale projects and initiatives – Exemplify best practices and ethical standards in AI usage – Collaborate with senior management on complex challenges – Contribute to the development and enhancement of best practices, procedures, and guidelines – Act as a technical resource for team members – Mentor junior colleagues
