Job Details What You’ll Do: Be the Friendly Voice: Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and helpful attitude.Schedule Appointments: Help keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments for patients.Assist with Physician Correspondence: Help manage communication between doctors and patients.Prepare Patient Charts: Ensure patient charts are ready for each visit, keeping everything organized and up-to-date.Work with Insurance Companies: Contact insurance providers to handle referrals and authorizations.Assist Patients: Help patients with a variety of tasks, ensuring they have the support they need.What We’re Looking For:A high school diploma or GED is required.
