Responsibilities
- Execute high-end photo retouching for a wide range of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, digital, social, print, OOH, and branded content.
- Perform advanced retouching techniques such as color correction, compositing, skin retouching, object removal, image manipulation, and final polish while maintaining a natural, brand-appropriate look.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Directors, and Producers to interpret creative direction and ensure visual consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prepare and deliver final assets optimized for various formats, resolutions, and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial and advertising work.
- Prior experience working in an advertising or creative agency environment required.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and image quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
