PE Fund Accountant – High Growth Path/New Fund Launches

Key Responsibilities:

Broadly, support for the accounting and reporting function with respect to:

• Our fund of fund vehicles being administered by a TPA
• Internal management entities
• Personal investment vehicles maintained by firm owners
• Tax reporting and compliance across various limited partnerships

Additionally, this position will provide some level of:

• Support with respect to admission of new members to our funds, as well as the processing and payment of investor redemptions
• Support with respect to the subscription and redemption process when our funds make investments or withdrawals/redemptions
• Support of the cash management across the legal entities
• Assistance with the annual audit process.
• Assistance with regulatory filings
• Special projects on an ad hoc basis

Qualifications:

• 2 – 5 years of public, fund, or corporate accounting experience
• Accounting degree required
• Experience with hedge fund, private equity, real estate funds, or fund of fund structures
• CPA certification a plus
