AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking an applicant for the Patient Services Ambassador This position manages the delivery of patient dining Great starting rate of 1500hr weekdays and 1600hr weekends with continual opportunities to make more money The right applicant will possess excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast paced environment Weekends and holidays are required Duties Responsibilities and Skills Use an IPAD to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patientsServe patient meals accurately and in a timely mannerPromote the highest levels of quality and serviceActive Listening and Speaking giving full attention to what others are sayingService Orientation actively looking for ways to help and assist peopleReading Comprehension time management good judgement and decision makingHolidays are requiredRotating Weekends RequiredMust be able to walk andor stand for long periods of timeHealthcare experience not required; there is NO moving or repositioning of the patientProfessional appearance requiredExcellent entry level position for any health services major; includes patient interaction and integration with other patient support servicesWe conduct pre employment background checks and drug testing EOE
