  • Engage with patients and providers to collect information for precise registration – Allocate Medical Record Numbers and schedule appointments – Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience – Assist in managing patient inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently – Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient flow and services – Uphold confidentiality and comply with all health regulations during interactions
