What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure appropriate staffing is arranged for all patient care needs
• Coordinate, monitor, and schedule patient care across all clinical areas
• Contact patients and clinicians to schedule and confirm deliveries and visits
• Interpret physician’s orders and schedule patient visits accordingly
• Facilitate patient complaints or issues to the appropriate department

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of previous scheduling experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general office administration setting or a similar fast-paced environment
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to various audiences
• Basic level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous home healthcare experience
• Familiarity with electronic scheduling platforms
• 2 years of experience in a general office administration setting or similar fast-paced environments
