Job Summary Bay CSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Residential Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team in Waldorf MD This position involves providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting The schedule for this role includes Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm and Saturday from 7am to 3pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid drivers license reliable transportation and car insurance Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must pass a background check Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including meal preparation personal hygiene and household chores Support individuals in acquiring and enhancing independent living skills Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents Follow individualized care plans as directed by supervisory staff Document resident progress incidents and any relevant information accurately Collaborate with residents their families and team members to ensure effective communication and care coordination Compensation 21hr Monday to Friday 2 shift differential for Saturday and Sunday If you meet the qualifications and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities we encourage you to apply for the Part Time Residential DSP position in Waldorf MD
