What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer customer questions and requests regarding supplies, services, and troubleshoot first-level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, emails, and alerts
  • Build and maintain excellent customer service while identifying when technical support is needed
  • Provide clear and concise communication, following up with customers on schedules, leads, and delivery times
  • Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to efficiently escalate unresolved technical issues
  • Stay current on process updates and technology used within the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to empathize with customers

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills with mature judgment and discretion
  • Capability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently
