Responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and offering knowledgeable product assistance and samples. Ensure product freshness, proper labeling, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and safety procedures. Report discrepancies, safety issues, and incidents promptly.

Qualifications include being 18 or older, effective communication, basic math skills, and ability to handle stressful situations. Retail experience and bilingual skills are preferred.
